The ‘it’s not you, it’s us’ — we don’t currently work with:
- Employees or people not associated with the running of a business (spouses or partners of business owners, you’re fine). Basically, we don’t take on individual tax returns.
- ‘Side hustlers’ or hobby business owners who are not deriving their main source of income from the business (however, you might like a one-off Bloom & Boom Business Growth Strategy Session).
- Non-Xero Sheroes or businesses who aren’t willing to use Xero. We are a Gold Champion Xero Partner and it’s our platform of choice, so if you’re planning on sticking with another accounting platform, we’re probably not the gals for you.
- Retail or product-based businesses – while we love the chance to work across different industries with businesses of all shapes and sizes, unfortunately we are not currently taking on clients in the retail, FMCG or hospitality space.
- Transactional Clients – having the right business wing woman is essential, but it’s equally important that we work with businesses who we feel we can have a big impact on. We are values-driven and care deeply about our clients, so if the fit’s not right, it’s wrong.
